Dear Patients,

The North Cotswold PCN practices – Chipping Campden Surgery, Cotswold Medical Practice, Mann Cottage Surgery, Stow Surgery and The Whitehouse Surgery – will be joining together again to vaccinate specific patient groups with a Spring COVID booster vaccination.

We will send out invitations, as we have done previously, by text, or we will phone you if you cannot receive a text.

For this Spring campaign we will be offering the choice of 8 clinic dates across three locations. Four Shires Medical Centre, Stow Surgery and Westwoods Surgery in Northleach. It will be clear in the text message which date and which location you are selecting.

The eligible cohorts are-

● adults aged 75 years and over

● residents in a care home for older adults, and

● individuals aged 18 years and over who are immunosuppressed (we will have informed you previously if you meet this criteria).

Clinics will be held from the end of April.
