Seasonal flu vaccinations are being offered in schools and community settings to all children from Reception through to Year 6 from October 2019.
The vaccine is given as a nasal spray so it is quick and easy!
Please book an appointment as shown below if your child has missed their school-based flu session or you wish to have your child vaccinated prior to their school based session.

The person with parental responsibility must complete the consent form. If you are not attending with your child and sending with another family member please contact the team to enable us to take verbal consent.
