New phone message 28.11.2023

Dear Patients

The next time you call us you will notice our phone message has changed.
We have simplified the main message and the options are now
– Press 1 for Dispensary
– Press 2 for Reception
As well as this new message we have taken the decision to close our dispensary phones at 4pm each day to allow our team to focus on serving at the hatch, preparing and dispensing your medication.
We are now required under our GMS contract to offer a ‘call back’ service on our main reception telephone line. Some of you may have tried using this already. We are experiencing varying levels of success, and it is something we are having to report to the phone company regularly as not working as it should. The phone company are trying their hardest to get this to work for us, but please accept our apologies in the meantime if it does not work as it should.
