Mann Cottage Dispensary
Due to increasing patient numbers and demand and to enable us to safely dispense patients medication we are changing the opening hours for the practice dispensary with effect from Tuesday 2nd May. This will enable us to have protected time to help staff to process the increased volume of prescriptions.
The dispensary will be open 09:00 – 13:00, 14:30 – 18:00 for ordering and collection and the phone lines will be open 09:30-13:00, 14:30 – 18:00 for ordering. Medication can still be ordered between and during those times via NHS App or online.
Just a reminder also that both the dispensary and local pharmacy require time to process your prescription orders so please allow 3 working days between ordering and attending to collect your medication. This is again to provide you with a safe and efficient service.
As a dispensing practice we can dispense to any of our patients who live more than a mile from a chemist, however, if you live within a mile of a chemist your prescription will be sent to the local chemist to be made up ready for collection or a chemist of your choice.
