Patients, and those acting on their behalf, will have their comments and complaints listened to and acted upon.
Patients will be treated respectfully and will be involved with each step of the complaints process to achieve a satisfactory resolution. The Complaints Procedure document is available to see in the surgery waiting room, or you can ask for a copy at Reception if you wish.
