*UPDATE – 14.27 We now seem to have resumed service to our mainline. We are still working out some bugs, but everything should be near enough back to normal.
*UPDATE – 9.52AM We have one phone we are able to receive calls into thanks to our neighbouring practice Whitehouse Surgery – thank you! However only one call at a time can come through, it will give an engaged tone if someone is already on the line. We still have no update as to when this will be resolved.
7.49am Good Morning to our lovely patients. Unfortunately this morning our telephone provider has arrived at Four Shires advising that following essential maintenance on our system last night, there has been a system error and we have no incoming phone lines! We apologise for this and we hope they will fix the error quickly so we are up and running again soon but we may not be back online for opening time at 8am. Please try to call but if you cannot get through, our doors are open so if your need is urgent please pop in.
