The normal routine and organisation of the practice is the responsibility of our practice manager. She is happy to answer any enquiries of an administrative nature and to listen to any constructive comments patients may wish to make.
Our practice nurses are available during all surgery hours for the following: dressings, blood tests, immunisations, health screening, health education, emergency surgeries.
Nurse appointments available Monday - Wednesdays 8.30am -5.50pm, and Thursdays & Friday from 8.30am - 5.30pm
Nurse lead clinics include: Cervical Cytology, IUD Checks, Warfarin monitoring, Learning Disability Clinic, Epilepsy Clinic, Heart Disease, Hypertension, Stroke monitoring, Asthma, Respiratory, Diabetic, Baby Clinic, Travel Vaccination Clinic, Smoking Cessation.
When booking an appointment for one of the above clinics it is important to tell the Receptionist which clinic you require. Specific clinic bookings can be for varying time lengths.

Staff here are 'front of house' (1st point of call). They will endeavour to deal with all requests efficiently and quickly. Sometimes they are under pressure and your understanding is appreciated.
A member of the dispensary team is available 9.00am - 1.00pm each day, and during the evening surgery hours 1.30pm - 6.00pm.

Our health visitor provides help and advice to mothers, young children and the elderly.
She is responsible for routine development checks at the Child Health Clinic or at home.

A clinic is run by the midwife at the surgery on Thursday morning - by appointment.
